Working with Your Demons
Most of our demons are fears disguised as stress or anxiety. Acknowledging them is step one; unpacking what’s really causing it comes next. When the fear is someone else’s potential reaction, pause and slow your breath. Ground yourself in facts—recall past successes and anchor in evidence rather than assumptions. Self-belief isn't about avoiding struggle, but trusting yourself to endure whatever comes.
Tool: Have a “demon dialogue” in your journal. Write your fear, reply to it as your wiser self.
