Starting point:

It is rarely when one can control the circumstances, have it been an interpersonal, professional, health…take your pick, the outer world is outside our sphere of control. There’s only one thing we can attempt to control, that is our next action, next step, I literary mean the next step you are about to take.

How well you Know yourself will be the key factor of how you will take that first step and beyond it, the reality you will about create walking towards anything you wish to do. Firstly, wouldn’t you like to have an idea of what or what is that “Anything”? Not mentioning “Why” do you want to get there?

On that path to somewhere, rather you know where to or what it is, you will face adversity, opposition. the world doesn’t hold your plans, and as it is not aligned with you, any attempt to control the circumstances outside of you will be a waste of time and energy.

Learning to “work” internally first and then addressing the outside is a necessary capability, otherwise you’re just reacting.

Getting to know yourself is a never-ending campaign in which you get to learn inwardly what are your basic patterns and potentially how you would you like to navigate with them.

Getting to know yourself is getting used to ask yourself the right questions, questions which can create sore clarity about yourself, and from there onwards, how to address the external circumstances.

To start this journey of getting to your core and shaping it, it is an everyday work, in which you will need to remind yourself the following.. EVERY DAY:

Be humble and set the bar as low as you can, you have it in you, you know what to do, do not regard small step as an insignificant step, small incremental steps are what creates a habit.

Your only point of reference, is yourself.
